Factory Motor Parts (FMP) uses GPS tracking software for our parts delivery service. You can view your order from the time it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your door. FMP uses an award-winning, cloud-based software system that allows you to plan your day, maximize employee efficiency, and provide optimum customer service.

How it works
After you submit an order, a user interface will show the order status as “pending,” “shipped,” or “delivered.” Back at the FMP warehouse, a timer counts the time since your order has been placed. When the order is ready for shipment, our dispatchers create a route to your location. Through a mobile application, our delivery drivers receive alerts and optimized routes from our dispatcher.
The average delivery time varies depending on the distance of your location from our warehouse. Customers can choose for their parts to arrive via demand delivery or a scheduled route. Contact FMP to learn more.
