I love every person I work with and going to work doesn’t feel I like going to work. It feels like I am going to a happy place! When I was a little girl, my dad worked for FMP, and growing up he told me about the great stories of when he worked for the company and now 20 years later, I am working for FMP. He still had his old key chain his boss gave him in the late 90s that he has passed down to me and funny enough his boss from back then is now my boss. Factory Motor Parts has been my favorite job ever and I hope I will be here a long time.

I love that every day is a new adventure. We are blessed with a great leadership team, especially in the SE region, that is truly the definition of "One team, One dream". I have enjoyed learning the FMP culture, being a part of the FMP Family, and growing professionally in my career. I strive to be a helping hand behind the scenes regionally in sales, operations, and customer service, as well as with any project that arises within the FMP footprint. I have held multiple roles during my time with FMP. I started with the company as part of an acquisition in 2018 as a Location Manager. I was quickly promoted to an Area Operations Manager overseeing a few locations and learned the FMP operations guidelines. I moved into the Regional Customer Manager role, working to improve the customer experience and support the customer service team. Most recently, I accepted a Regional Administrator position for the SE region. This has allowed me to continue to support all channels of our business. FMP prides itself in promoting within, and I have been blessed to be recognized for the work done over the years. Hard work does pay off, and I look forward to many more years with FMP.

Working for FMP has been one of the greatest experiences ever. I came from a third-world country, and have learned many new things during my time with FMP. I was hired as a driver almost 12 1/2 years ago and with the help and support from senior management and corporate, I was able to climbed the ladder of success. FMP has been a backbone of my career and I dedicated to helping the growth of the  organization.
